Trash. Have been using this app for quite some time. UI is horrible but you get used to it. Opened it yesterday and the app had huge loading issues. It then told me my phone was preventing (suddenly) opening it and I should reinstall. Which I did. Error persists. Error als says to reset phone to factory settings - nope that sure won't happen.

Hi Cisco, thank you for your updated review. Can you describe the error in more detail? Does the o2 app indicate that you should perform a factory reset, or is this message generated by your mobile phone's operating system? Please also contact our o2 Community, where you can send us a screenshot of the error message.

I have recently bought a prepaid card from this provider. It works and all, but when I try to register my number into this App to track my Data usage, it won't allow me to and keep going back on the login page on and on. Please help and fix this problem. I habe tried to register online through the website, but it still won't work and it always go to the first page again and again

not barrier free at all. if you're someone visually disabled do not venture to use this mobile provider. they kick you off the app and its very difficult to re-enter. I've screen recorded this encounter several times and it's overbearing now. Will be switching to a new provider soon.

Hallo Unique Felix, vielen Dank für deine Bewertung. Wenn du Cache und Speicher in der App löschst und den biometrischen Login erneut einrichtest, sollte der Login wieder einfach möglich sein.

What’s new

Dieses Update behebt kleinere Fehler um die Stabilität der App zu verbessern.
