Very bad service, customer care does not pick up the call, there are payment issues, I get so many calls throughout the day from other credit card holders, still I applied for Unicard card, now I feel that I made a mistake by applying for Unicard, it is better to have credit cards of other banks.

The card, app and vouchers seem to be fine, however, the customer service seems to be lacking. I bought vouchers on the 14th of September, points for which are yet to get added to wallet. Tried raising the issue multiple times however they have taken no action at all yet. edit: I have sent emails to that same email id multiple times, the very last 1 being on the 7th, no response as of yet!!

Still issue is not resolved, Worst customer service, I tried to convert 35k unicoins to digigold, which is worth around INR 350, showed some error in the app and now they are gone. Following up with customer care since month but no update. made almost 6 calls to customer care but every time I get the same answer, "we will update you in 24-48 hours" but never heard from them. There is no escalation matrix either. Don't understand what to do next. Please try to avoid using their services. No updat
