Ratings and reviews

I have raised a concern for account deletion in may. They told me it will be done in 1 week, and its more than 3 months, still they are looking into it. After sending 5 mails, they reply once. I am not able to login to app since 1 years. But still there is no resolution from there end. The worst app I have ever used.

I have a call recording in which your representative clearly stated before I ordered the card that there would be no delivery charges, GST, or any other charges. Despite this, these charges were added to my card bill after delivery. This is misleading and unacceptable. I have also tried contacting your support team several times, but they have not answered my calls or resolved the issue.

if they are offering you a yes bank credit card, please please don't go for it. don't get lured by the gold, cashback & stuff. you will eventually regret it. it's a forex card, and they deactivated after I made the first international transaction !!! And here I am abroad stranded with my forex card deactivated !! yes bank has all the time & energy to harass you with 100s of communications in a day, but they couldn't do one WhatsApp confirmation before deactivating.
