For some reason on my android it forces the app into landscape mode and will not change. The entire app also will not allow me to login with the most unhelpful reason why, Access is Forbidden is all it says. Today is my son's first day of daycare and because off this error I am unable to make sure he is doing well.

It seems to be working just fine. I have noticed at times it doesn't want to scan the QR code.
