Aktio – the app for field teams

Aktio is a B2B platform for companies that want to digitize customer interventions. Operators receive tasks on their phone, fill out forms configured by the company, add photos and signatures, and managers track everything from the back-office.

What you can do with Aktio
• You receive assigned tasks, with details about the client, location, and instructions.
• You fill out dynamic forms – checklists, options, measurements, materials used – exactly as the company configured them.
• You attach photos directly from the camera, on-site.
• The client signs on their phone, and the PDF report is automatically generated.
• You scan QR / barcode codes for quick identification of equipment.
• See the map with work points and start navigation to the client.
• If your company activates the option, the GPS route is recorded during the intervention, including with the screen locked, and the "Aktio - GPS active" notification remains displayed at all times. Outside of interventions, location is not collected.
• You receive notifications for new or updated tasks.
• You can work even without a signal – data is automatically synchronized when the connection returns.

Who is Aktio for
Service companies that send their teams to clients: maintenance, installations, cleaning, distribution, technical service, audits and inspections. Each company configures its own forms, teams, roles and workflows.

Authentication and access
Aktio is a B2B application. Operator accounts are created and managed exclusively by the company administrator. There is no public registration – for access, contact your company administrator. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and stored securely on the device.
