DO NOT DOWNLOAD! JUST BUY A PAPER TICKET! when purchasing a mobile ticket, it charges you, but upon accessing it buffers and then gives an error. their support is also non-existent, calling for a refund 3 times led to being hung up on immediately after being taken off hold every time, and trying to submit a ticket online leads to an error message. they claim you can refund your purchase within 24 hours, but you cant. the support page they keep referencing in their replies simply does not work.

The only thing the app is good at is recharging paper tickets. Looking for routes and directions is slow and you cannot change a parameter, no, you need to start the search from zero. As a virtual t-usual ticket, it takes time to load. It only works fine when I switch to airplane mode when going through the gates. The worst experience so far is that I installed the app on a new phone and the virtual t-usual ticket will not finish transfering from the old phone properly. I cannot even log out now

It works fine without a problem but there are two things that are missing 1. If I have more than one card I should be able to use the other without changing the default card. Currently I must define it as default. 2. You should add a notification history within the app as if I accidentally press it of flick it it's gone. I know I can go to the notification history of the phone but it's easier to have it in the app.
