Ratings and reviews

Reservation system is still broken after updating app. Station had a bicycle. When you scan the bicycle the station does not release the bicycle nor did the bicycle have any power. I don't think this company does any testing before they update their apps or "patch bugs"... When the app is updated I either see more features that are not of interest to me while the features that could be useful remain broken. Smou seems to spend more € on advert stickers instead of fixing the app, stations, bikes.

With Bicing this app just fails to show correct availability information. Especially frustrating when you spend 15 minutes at night to go to the station that shows bikes as available, but when you come there, all are in maintenance mode (red light). The app definitely should handle this correctly! Sometimes there's no station at all (N30, C/Castillejos, 184), but the app shows available bikes there! That's a shame.

Ridiculous! QR code reader doesn't work on some phones (new ones for that matter). Lack of understanding of travel patterns makes it very hard to find a bike in some areas and fills the stations in others. Makes no sense to walk for 15 mins until I find a bike that I ride for 15 more. You have a bunch of user data and don't use it. In the app, please include a cancel reservation button, instead of stupidly punishing users for not making it on time.

What’s new

This new version of the app includes the redesigned Endolla section, with clearer navigation and new options to start charging: by scanning the QR code or selecting the point on the map. The search for nearby charging points has also been improved, and smart filters have been added.

Additionally, the update brings visual enhancements and minor bug fixes to make moving around with the app even smoother.
