Universal MediaSync turns your phone or tablet into a perfectly synchronized second screen for your television.

Discover HbbTV-enabled TVs on your Wi-Fi network and enjoy complementary content — private listening through your headphones, audio description, sign language, the original version or alternative audio tracks — all perfectly in sync with what is playing on the big screen.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Connect your phone to the same Wi-Fi network as your TV.
2. Tune in to a channel that offers HbbTV Private Listening / MediaSync.
3. Open the app and pick your TV from the list of discovered devices.
4. Choose the audio or video track you want and enjoy it perfectly synced.

Universal MediaSync is an open-source initiative maintained by the HbbTV community: a single companion app for every broadcaster that wants to offer second-screen experiences, with no need to build a dedicated app.

Note: requires a compatible HbbTV television and a broadcaster channel with MediaSync enabled, both connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
