The Agència Tributària de Catalunya (ATC) makes available to citizens the application "Agència Tributària Catalunya", for smart mobile devices, which offers the possibility of consulting information and carrying out operations with the ATC in an easy way, fast and avoiding travel.
What can be done without identifying yourself
• Know the Agency's current affairs.
• Pay taxes and debts by entering the reference data or scanning the barcode (you must have the payment letter and, if applicable, give permission for the app to access the device's camera).
• Access the ATC office finder.
• Request an appointment in person at any office.
• Request an appointment at L'ATC calls you (phone or video support service).
• Make inquiries or report technological incidents through the corresponding forms.
What can be done with digital identification
• Consult the contact details.
• Modify the postal address for the purpose of notifications.
• Subscribe to notifications by electronic channel.
• Consult the tax register on vehicle CO2 emissions.
• Declare the sale of a second-hand vehicle (model 620).
• Check debts in executive order (paid and pending).
• Pay debts by credit card, BIZUM or direct debit. If the debt you want to pay is in the process of being seized or has been postponed or divided, a warning is displayed.
It should be noted that tax returns or self-assessments paid in the voluntary period are not shown.
The currently accepted identification system is idCAT Mòbil (can be obtained by accessing idcatmobil.cat). Other digital certificates will be incorporated in later phases.
The application includes a section with the privacy policy and another with the accessibility statement, in which it is guaranteed that the application meets the requirements to ensure that it can be used by the maximum number of people, regardless of their functional diversity .
