Useless. New users cannot be registered without NIF. I would be glad to change my rating if i could ever be registered and use the app.

Se ha añadido una nueva versión donde se admite la identificación utilizando el NIE.

Pues parece que al ayuntamento de sabadell solo es ciudadano aquel que es español y no quien vive en la ciudad hace años. Ya que la app no acepta se cadastrar con NIE.
