Text Scroller Devices

Turn up to **six phones into one synchronized scrolling display**. Place them side by side and let your message travel across their screens as if they were parts of a single wide display.

How it works

1. On the first phone, create a room. This phone becomes the supervisor and controls the carousel.
2. On each other phone, open **Nearby rooms** and tap the room name to connect.
3. Connected phones receive a position in the display. Arrange them side by side in that order.
4. Enter your message on the supervisor’s phone and start the carousel. The text is divided across the connected screens and scrolls in sync.

Phones discover and connect to one another using **Bluetooth**. The phone-to-phone connection does not use Wi-Fi Direct.

Make the display your own

Set up the carousel on the supervisor’s phone:

- Enter the message you want to display.
- Choose a font and text size.
- Select text and background colours.
- Adjust the scrolling speed and direction.
- Choose vertical or horizontal display.
- Pause the carousel or open the editor when needed.
- Calibrate the alignment between screens.

Use one phone or several

Use **Individual mode** to run the carousel on a single phone, or connect up to six phones to create a larger display. Text Scroller Devices is designed for presentations, events, signs, group messages and other occasions when you want your words to span more screens.
