About this app

"Home Chat" is a simple way for residents of the same building to communicate without installing separate apps or complex registration.
The service was created as a digital "bench near the entrance" where neighbors can quickly connect about everyday issues:

- lost items or pets
- parking problems
- noise
- notices for residents
- questions about the building and entrance
- contacting neighbors in emergency situations

The main idea is to maximize communication simplicity between residents. Usually, it's enough to scan a QR code or follow a link to enter the chat.

How it works
Each building can have its own separate chat. Residents get access via a QR code placed in the entrance or on the information board.

The service works via browser and can be used as PWA — meaning you can add it to your phone's home screen almost like a regular app.

Moderation and Safety
All chats use automatic AI moderation to reduce:

-spam
-advertising
-insults
-flood and toxic behavior

AI moderation was chosen for a reason. In regular neighborhood chats, conflicts often arise around manual moderation: "why was my message deleted," "why is it allowed for one but not another," "chairperson took someone's side."

An automated system works by uniform rules for all participants and does not participate in conflicts between neighbors. This helps reduce personal disputes around moderation itself and maintain a more neutral atmosphere in the chat.

It's important to understand that any automated system can sometimes make mistakes in assessing message context, and AI moderation doesn't replace human communication or common sense.

It's also important to understand:
• the service does not replace police, CB or official state services
• the service doesn't verify each participant's identity
• users are advised to be careful when clicking links and communicating with strangers
• if needed, residents can introduce additional rules or participant verification methods

Privacy
The project is designed for simple and quick communication without requiring a large amount of personal data.

Users are advised to:
• not publish sensitive personal information
• follow basic digital security rules
• use common sense when communicating in open chats

What the service is suitable for
"Home Chat" is suitable for everyday neighbor communication and quick household questions.

For example:
• warn about blocked exit
• find car owner
• report found keys
• discuss building issues
• quickly spread important information among residents

Important
"Home Chat" is a tool for resident communication. Chat atmosphere quality depends primarily on participants themselves and communication culture within each specific building.
