We just had the Jacuzzi branded version of the Avia installed. The heater works great but I can't get the Raymote app to connect from a Pixel 7 Pro. The hotspot on the unit shows up, but even after a manual wifi connect with the unit hotspot the app won't recognize the connection nor the unit. Update: An old Pixel 2 connected no problem to set up. After that any device will connect via WiFi network.

Difficult to connect. Once connected, doesn't generate a message if the unit stops heating. Just freezes. Time to heat should be hours and minutes, not just minutes. Or local estimated time of reaching temp would be nice.

Heater came with a broken drain plug. Luckily I had a spare hayward drain plug to stop it from leaking. If you order the prv kit, you will have to modify the outside cover for it to fit.
