We shouldn't rely on the information given by this application and its corresponding device, including the desktop version. The data can differ significantly when using the application on the same device compared to the mobile app. I've tested it with the device left in my parked vehicle for 24 hours, and it reported inaccurate information, showing a discrepancy of about a mile despite the device being stationary.

Totally useless app and hardware. Bought two GPS tags that use this app. Easy to set up but trackers seem to ping intermittently, sometimes hours between. What good is this for trying to keep track of something stolen/lost? Waste of time and money.

this GPS tracker is not very good it can barely ever find the tracker it's always giving locations that are 6 to 7 hours behind it is garbage and complete trash don't waste your money there's no way to change the update time or to reset GPS I am still trying the return it too also this product is complete garbage
