there is no app anymore, there only one way of communication with the company which is with a bot (AI pretending to be a live assistant) via whatsapp. Which is so misleading. I struggled for several days to get my answers concerning a new maid and didn't receive antything besides what the AI taught to answer. I moved to another comoany. If the company wants to survive it should at least return well-trained live assistants. The quality of helpers they provide is also below any modest expectation

Really bad update unable to access documents unable to see payment was done the records on the app of payment and replacement history are years old no way to cobract except whatsapp the previous version had more options this is way below standards cannot even select anyone online

We got our nanny's visa from maids.cc recently and loved the ease of the process. Not only was most of the transactions done online (of course she still had to get medical and her visa docs signing done in person), but everything else after that was also conveniently available in the app itself. It even gave her guidelines of what to do if she would like to go home for vacation. The customer service was also responsive to all my questions and gave satisfactory information. Great, legit stuff!
