About this app

Never let your best ideas get lost in the paper note graveyard.

Writing by hand in physical notebooks, journals, and sticky notes is unmatched for thinking and focus. But once you close your notebook, those handwritten thoughts are trapped on the page—unsearchable, easy to forget, and impossible to reference when you actually need them.

Notesnap bridges the gap between paper and digital. In a single tap, turn your physical notebook pages into structured, searchable emails delivered straight to your inbox.

THE INBOX ADVANTAGE
You don't need another complex note app to check. Your inbox is already where work happens:

• Instant Searchability: Search handwritten meeting notes, book takeaways, and sketches directly in Gmail, Outlook, or Apple Mail.
• Embedded Scans: A high-contrast, cropped scan of your physical page is embedded directly inside the email body. No PDFs or image attachments to download—just open the email and view your exact page.
• Automated Action Items: Notesnap reads your handwriting, extracts tasks, and formats clear action bullet points you can immediately check off or forward to colleagues.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Snap: Point your camera at any notebook page, whiteboard, or sticky note and tap the shutter.
2. Put Your Phone Away: Notesnap enhances contrast, reads the handwriting, and structures the summary in the background.
3. Check Your Inbox: Before your meeting is even over, a clean email is waiting in your inbox with:
• Executive summary
• Bulleted key takeaways
• Extracted action items
• Embedded high-resolution scan of your handwritten page
