terrible customer support. no clear indicators on how to download photos edit: photos are now found after contacting the support through social media. the support articles definitely still need improvements, at least having a screenshot on how the UI with the photos look like, so that people don't send custom support requests (that are not helpful as they they are replied with automations anyways)

Dear Akmal, we’ve already been in touch with you via social media. Unfortunately, there’s currently a technical issue with the ski pass numbers, which is why the photos cannot be assigned. The good news is we’ve found your photos and successfully assigned them to your profile.

The App is not working. The customer support is not replying. The programmers are not correcting the issue. It's been 15 days unable to retrieve the photos. when I write it to the customer support they say it's already a known issue and tell us something new.

Thanks for you email regarding comprehensive changes, resulting challenges, recent fixes and the fact that Skiline is free. I appreciate the idea of this app and am willing to contribute with data in return. Would be happy to pay a small fee, if that supported a sustainable & privacy enhanced business model. What I am recently experiencing is definitely not worth anything. After my last review I was actually able to regsiter my Season Pass (Jungfrau Region), but data is incomplete and incorrect.
