Intelligent Real Estate Integrated System (IRIS) is a facilities management mobile app powered by CPG Facilities Management Pte Ltd. Developed as the digital backbone of CPG FM’s operations, IRIS supports a more connected and responsive way of managing facilities across our sites.

IRIS is designed for clients, site teams and service partners who are involved in day-to-day facilities management. It provides a shared platform for reporting, tracking and managing operational matters, so that work can be coordinated seamlessly from request to resolution.

Through IRIS, users can access key service information, monitor work progress, track assets and licenses, and stay updated on operational activities across managed sites. This helps teams work with better visibility and reduces reliance on manual follow ups.
