Upload the completed contract PDF, designate the signer, and obtain the signature.
Undersign records the information that determines the validity of the signature—who signed and what was signed.
■ Parties and Roles
· Designate a signer, approver, and CC for each of the parties (A, B, C, and D).
· The approver approves or rejects the document before the signer on the same side. Since approval is not a signature, it leaves no record in the document.
· The CC recipient only views the document and receives the completed version.
· Signature requests are sent only to the person whose turn it is.
· If you do not know the other party's signer, leave the slot empty. The other party's representative will fill it in.
· Each party's approver and CC recipient are visible only within their respective group.
■ Identity Verification
· Choose for each signer from email/text link, access code, mobile phone authentication, or real-name verification through an identity verification agency.
· Resident Registration Numbers are not collected. ■ Recording and Sealing
· The document is hashed and preserved exactly as the signer viewed it on the screen.
· Viewing, consent, and signatures are recorded in an audit trail linked by a hash chain along with the timestamps.
· Upon completion, a certificate of completion containing the seal hash is issued. If the document is subsequently modified, the hash changes, allowing for the detection of the alteration.
■ In the App
· You receive notifications when a signature is in progress or completed, and tapping the notification takes you directly to that contract.
· Contracts are organized into projects (folders).
The other party can sign via the received link even without the app or an account.
Documents requiring a different method by law, such as wills or notarial deeds, cannot be substituted with an electronic signature.
