HOW PLAYER DEVELOPMENT WORKS

uni8 uses a clear, points-based system:

Training Sessions reward consistency. When players attend, they automatically earn points for the skills practiced that day. Points only go up — encouraging regular participation.

Evaluation Sessions reflect real performance. Coaches manually score each player, and scores can go up or down based on how they perform. This keeps progress honest and meaningful.

Over time, skill points build into a progress chart so managers, parents, and players can see development at a glance.

uni8 is designed with Arabic-first support and full English localization, right-to-left layout, and a mobile experience suited to academies in Kuwait and across the region.
