What’s new

Fixes for training, counting, and the simulator.

• Running count keys and strategy buttons show the full label.
• Opening "Why" from simulator stats no longer freezes the table.
• The intro tour stays off once you have already trained or counted.
• Report an issue can be closed while you are typing.
• A finished purchase or restore gets you back in. A payment that is still processing no longer looks like it failed.
