after update .. showing new version available. not opening. While every other app is very fast and user friendly CESC app remain very backdated , slow , not user friendly. Sometimes Apple appstore doesn't have CESC app. No updates for long time. It is very shameful for RP SANJIV GOENKA group being a successful company and well-known company.

After the recent update the app stopped working and is showing an alert messege to update again while there is no pending update from play store. This is a harrasment.

Every time I have made a successful payment against a Customer ID, I have to raise a complaint due to the payment pending status. And this issue persists for the last 3-4 months. New Month, New Monthly Payment, Same Issue...No Improvement and also poor UI. After all, this application is managed by Indus Net Technologies, a 3rd Party... No immediate assistance from the customer service team for not only this above ongoing issue but also from the aerial point of view.
