Every time I have made a successful payment against a Customer ID, I have to raise a complaint due to the payment pending status. And this issue persists for the last 3-4 months. New Month, New Monthly Payment, Same Issue...No Improvement and also poor UI. After all, this application is managed by Indus Net Technologies, a 3rd Party... No immediate assistance from the customer service team for not only this above ongoing issue but also from the aerial point of view.

Sir, what type of update you have released, which doesn't support my phone. May be my Redmi note 5 pro is bit old, still as a public utility CESC apps suppose to have the flexibility to be installed in any smart phone, otherwise the main purpose will be far fetched. Please think once. Thank you.

So far till earlier version it was very good. But after autoupdate it says this app is no longer supported by your device. Contact developer for info. Please assist me to login otherwise the bill payment will become a problem for me. Giving a single star only due to this.
