Ratings and reviews

This app looks like a pre-smartphone app. Its UI is awful, erratic and misleading. The login, when it works, will issue popups saying "sucesso" and "insucesso" in a 10 cycles loop. The fingerprint setup will also create a "sucesso" and a "insucesso" 10 cycles loop popups but, in the end, it won't work. I can't trust an app that works just as bad as this one. For sure, if this login/fingerprint "works" like this, I can imagine how easy should be to hack this app and have unauthorized access to our bank accounts. Oh, this is NOT a support request so don't come asking me for more details. You have all the details here if you want and know how to fix these issues.

Awful. Since a recent update, from roughly end of May, it simply won't work with non-rooted neither lineageOS 20 (android 13), nor with lineageOS 21 (android 14). The last working version was flagged as "obsolete", making an update compulsory - only to distribute this non-working version. The message "please contact service support" is as useless as the service support, as they know absolutely nothing about the app versions, it's requirements and roadmap. Thanks for nothing!

Another sad app without any logics. The app is obviously done by Portuguese people for Portuguese people, and as usually... It just doesn't make any sense. Quality means cheap. After I login, the app keeps asking me to update my internal bank personal information. Then when I try to update it, it doesn't allow me to continue anyways. And meanwhile I cannot access my accounts. A loop of nonsense. Why are most of the Portuguese apps so unprofessional and complicated ?
