The integrated services to be provided through the mobile app include payment of property tax, trade license fee, view status of Layout Regularisation Scheme (LRS) applications, downloading of birth and death certificates for records digitally signed on GHMC server and submitting of civic related grievances like manholes, potholes, open dumping points, streetlights, etc.

I have raised a street light issue on oct-3 I am posting this on oct-17. The person contacted me by saying they will fix it. sab thing is today it's been closed without resolving. There is no one to supervise on these kind of issues. previously they use to call after the issue got resolved to know the feedback. Now I think in this Govt the one who need to supervise on these issue is sleeping 😂😂😂

many times app doesn't allow to attach photos with a comment that needs permission. But actually permissions already available. dont understand logic behind not allowing to submit complaint due to this

with the latest V6.4 I am facing login challenges. I receive the OTP, BUT once same is entered, the pop-up shows invalid OTP. Definitely this need to fixed quickly. Issue observed on 06.11.2025.
