The integrated services to be provided through the mobile app include payment of property tax, trade license fee, view  status of Layout Regularisation Scheme (LRS) applications, downloading of birth and death certificates for records digitally signed and submitting of civic related grievances like manholes, potholes, open dumping points, streetlights, etc.

1. Download the latest version on June 2nd, still no option to upload photos from the gallery. 2. Analaysing with Ai is just a way to avaoid tickets, when uploading the image it is not getting uploaded always says analysing analysing and throws the error the fails to uploaded one waste step just to keep the issue from coming up earlier app was fine atleast the tickets used get generated under grievances

Please bring back the “Add Photo from Gallery” option. Currently, it is only possible to attach photos while raising the complaint live through the app. Many times, due to network issues, urgency, or safety reasons, it is not practical to open the app, raise a complaint, and upload photo evidence at the same time. Residents should be able to add photos later from the gallery as supporting evidence. Removing this feature has reduced the effectiveness of the grievance system. Kindly do needful.
