The integrated services to be provided through the mobile app include payment of property tax, trade license fee, view  status of Layout Regularisation Scheme (LRS) applications, downloading of birth and death certificates for records digitally signed and submitting of civic related grievances like manholes, potholes, open dumping points, streetlights, etc.

Analaysing with Ai is just a way to avaoid tickets, when uploading the image it is not getting uploaded always says analysing analysing and throws the error the fails to uploaded one waste step just to keep the issue from coming up earlier app was fine atleast the tickets used get generated under grievances

1. Download the latest version on June 2nd, still no option to upload photos from the gallery. 2. Invalid location error shows you even if you upload your current location or select location from the map in this app. 3. No user friendly as I need to select the right option, field, write complaint note and then upload live photos. I cannot see any use for this app as the officers are not taking action, even though tickets have been pending for more than 6 months.

What’s new

Minor functional enhancements have been implemented, and the Gallery option has been added to the Raise Grievance module.
