About this app

The integrated services to be provided through the mobile app include payment of property tax, trade license fee, view status of Layout Regularisation Scheme (LRS) applications, downloading of birth and death certificates for records digitally signed on GHMC server and submitting of civic related grievances like manholes, potholes, open dumping points, streetlights, etc.

Not sure if at all grevences are ever looked raised through this platform. The ticket would be resolved without verification if issue is resolved or not. Absolutely no medium or contact personal to respond

Absolutely NO RESPONSE to numerous complaints posted on App. Very smartly one complaint was shifted from first recieving department to another department where it is hanging SUGGEST THAT ONE MORE COLUMN INPUT BE ADDED AS PERTAINING TO WHICH CIRCLE LIKE KAPRA, KUKATPALLY, MAREDPALLY etc such that one level of confusion will be removed. ONE STAR WAS GIVEN AS THERE IS NOTHING LESS.

Either the app is not supporting images or the officers are fooling people. The images uploaded by officials are mostly blank (black) but shows timestamp, or the images says "No image added". Proper resolution details are not uploaded. Apparently it looks like officials are least bothered and really don't care about the complaint, however I wish it's untrue. It won't allow to include pictures/photos while adding comments. It always says Network busy, but it accepts comments without pictures.
