The integrated services to be provided through the mobile app include payment of property tax, trade license fee, view  status of Layout Regularisation Scheme (LRS) applications, downloading of birth and death certificates for records digitally signed and submitting of civic related grievances like manholes, potholes, open dumping points, streetlights, etc.

it is not accepting payment of property tax. after showing payment gateway options, it's freezing. also paid amount from my ICICI account is not showing as success,whereas icici debited the amount. They also confirmed that it was paid to you (they replied to me in mail for my grievance). pl check. Thank you

I have paid property tax through mycure application, amount got deducted but transaction was not successful. worst service. worst application. raised a ticket through grivance but not yet resolved it's been 3 days. I am not sure where the amount gone? clearly paid commisoner cybera. tax was not updated.

App is not so user friendly. I mostly use issue reporting module, however issues cannot be sorted. There should be provision for the user to sort the issues based on date, type of issue, solved, closed etc. Here consolidation doesn't help. Second point - inside an issue the comments are not sorted based on date of action, they appears randomly, there should be a provision to the user to sort the comments based on date, user updates, comments from authority etc. Thanks
