Useless app just to showoff how technologically advanced is GHMC. Why would the need a pic to be uploaded. Even if u want to upload something and click on the camera icon, it comes back to main menu & it will never go further even if u click repeatedly on desired grievience. U loose whatever u typed, It sucks big time. Pretty Useless.
To app developers: Why would a mosquitos related complaint have a photo associated? Why a photo from the gallery cannot be attached to the complaint. With the current version of the app, a user has to stand at the problem location, take a photograph and write the corresponding description. Is it really a practice expected from the public to stand on road and keep typing the report in safety grounds? I don't think so. I would expect the engineer in you to think these basic things!! Hope someone sees this
App is good. When complaint is lodged the concerned staff have no knowledge of jurisdiction and it is refered to different Zones. So update the areas to the staff who receive complaints.
Thanks to CGG and GHMC for coming up such an useful app which helps citizens of twin cities to report and get attention of municipal and other authorities towards the various problems. Thanks to some of the authorities who act and respond to fix the reported with the understanding of vision of mission of the government. I believe some officials and ground level workers need learning to improve themselves. Appreciate if App is improved more on performance and user experience. It's observed when we raise any ticket with type as Others and try opening next time, navigation does not take to right ticket. Also appreciate if App is integrated with other departments like electricity, water and sewage for tickets to be redirected respective officials or at least contact details of concern authorities is provided while closing the ticket avoiding blanks remarks. Initiative and App is good, but as usual GHMC is GHMC. They close the ticket without any action. I request authorities to take action against people spoiling the image of GHMC
