Normally the app is not operative. Even otherwise the complaints registered are not being attempted properly and issuing messages stating that the complaints are resolved. Please find a way to solve the problems whole heartedly.

I have complain 10 times that my street light it's not working I just got massage that my issue is resolved but my issue not resolved. How they send me massage without resolved my issue this is happen me 10 times. I have also prove and till now my issue is not resolved. I request GHMC offers he will take stickly action those who was send me massage that issue resolve but my issue not resolve. I did not know how many times I need to complain when my issue is resolved. It's totally v bad service.

Not getting the property tax paid receipt nor being sent by mail. It's very important issues for us.
