AiVeritas is the app for your accounting with your accountant. You scan receipts with your phone, the AI ​​reads the key information, and your accountant has everything instantly – no paper, no email.

SCAN AND UPLOAD RECEIPTS

• Scan receipts and invoices with your camera – even multi-page documents, as a single PDF, or as individual receipts

• Upload photos and files (PDF, images, Office) or share them from other apps

• Scanned without a connection? The app uploads receipts as soon as you're back online.

AI RECORDS, YOU CONFIRM
• Company, amount, currency, date, and IBAN are automatically read
• Receipt type is recognized: receipt, invoice, revenue, or document
• Correct any errors and confirm with a tap
• Notification if a receipt has been uploaded twice

REQUIREMENTS
You need an AiVeritas account to use the app. Your trustee will set it up for you. All other functions – invoices, quotes, bank and cash book – can be found on the web at app.aiveritas.ch.
