You can use the following services without an adapter:
- Arrange workshop and service appointments while on the road or report damage. Quick, easy and from any location using your AMAG ID login.
- Refuel or recharge cash-free and save at the same time.
- Find nearby parking and pay via the AMAG app.

The corresponding car adapter ensures that all car data is always available on your smartphone in real time and that you can use all the AMAG app features without restrictions. The adapter is available free of charge from your AMAG Garage.
- Benefit from direct, digital communication with your AMAG Garage and report service issues.
- Forward error messages in your vehicle to your Garage.

How it works:
– Download the app
– Pick up the adapter from an AMAG garage and fit it to your vehicle from one of these makes: Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, ŠKODA, CUPRA or a VW commercial vehicle
– Connect the AMAG app to the adapter
– Explore the app, enjoy the benefits and decide for yourself which services you want to use at any time.

Ratings and reviews

Integrates the autoSense app. Uses the push notification to spam you about VW products to buy, so I had to deactivate them. The service reservation always ends up with an error so it cannot be used.

Autosense migration does not work... validation error when entering a new password during Autosence migration....

Really poor execution of an application. When attempting to navigate, the app simply crashes. When reopening and moving to another area, the app again just crashes. Yes, I updated to the latest version, yes I restarted the app.
