Game Details:

The primary goal of Hex Puzzle is to accumulate as many points as possible. Points are earned by placing pieces on the board, with bigger pieces giving you more points. When you fill a line (in any of the three possible directions), it gets removed from the field. The more lines you remove at once, the more points you score. After placing all pieces, new pieces are generated. The game ends when no more options remain for placing the current pieces.

How to Play?

Playing Hex Puzzle is simple and intuitive:
✅ Place Pieces: Select a piece from the preview and drag it to the desired location on the board. Pieces can only be placed on empty cells.

✅ Score Points: Your current points are displayed on the left, while your high score is shown on the right.

The ads are insane. I had to go through 3 rounds of timed ads just to get through the instructions, played 2 rounds with yet another timed ad, then tried to write a 2 star review through the app which, shockingly had me go through 2 more timed ads just to get to the review page before I un-installed to write the review here. The "remove ads" package that is available says it's $15 every two weeks. I can't imagine spending $30/month just to remove ads from this silly game.

I really like this game! It's challenging enough to keep you thinking, but yet it feels like the path to getting more skilled is clear. My only minor cons with this game are 1. I wish there was a way to have the pieces hover on the board without your fingers, because my fingers constantly get in the way of me seeing all angles to line up the pieces. 2. When you minimize the game and reopen, it brings you back to the difficulty menu instead of your game. But still a great game overall!

Aggravating stuttering that can result in misplaced tiles. Also, since the most recent update, its become an ad machine, and a rate annoyer that demands rating but if it's anything below 5 it turns into developer feedback. This game has been around a while. It's not complicated, see few updates, and sure as hell even fewer upGRADES. Add to that the changes brought by this most recent update and I have no expectation that the developer will be receptive. edit: ads were only part of the issue.
