I have installed the app on a old phone, but now I'm struggling to get it configured on the new phone: it takes long time to find the bank account from the bkbe app, and and end of the process it chrashes. There's no support button available, so I don't know how to get help... it's annoying that there are no clear instructions on how to deal with a new device, as people are normally changing phones every few years 😒
