MOTI takes advantage of smartphones technologies in order to easily and conveniently capture the key aspects of the condition of a forest. The application is designed for forestry experts who are thus capable of identifying the key dendrometric parameters, such as basal area, number of trees, tree height and timber volume in a simple, inexpensive and reliable manner.
MOTI provides a solid basis for decision-making in the forest, for example for the marking of trees, but also for planning measures in the context of developing a business plan.
