Get your account statements, interest notifications and other documents directly in E-Banking. You can also upload documents and store them in E-Banking.

Messages and contact
Here, you can make direct contact with BKB's E-Service Center or set up notifications on certain topics as required.

Cool app, promptly reacting support in case of questions. maybe some "i" bottoms for the new users would be cool on details of payments.

New: After a week, i am still not able to access my account. 1 star is indeed too much to give. Customer service number is useless. Callback offer is a hoax. I did not get any call at all. Is this a bank in Switzerland or what? The app release is ABSOLUTELY A FAILURE! Old: App is way slower and authentification failure almost all the time. Being a new release is not an excuse for a buggy release

Quite impossible to use. I have wasted hours trying to work out what I am supposed to do and completely failed. Very customer unfriendly. My account is now blocked, not sure why. I tried to order a new password but it rejected my identification number. When I press activate device there is an error message: Web page not available. It's very difficult to find step by step instructions. I have found them now but may not find them again since the path is not obvious. Please help.
