Buchify is the app for your accounting at Buchify. What matters on the phone comes first: snap, check, done.

FOUR TABS, EVERYTHING INSIDE
• Home: snap a receipt, what is overdue, four figures at a glance
• Invoices: overdue, open, supplier invoices
• Figures: cash per account, sales per month, result, due dates

SNAP RECEIPTS
Camera open, shoot, the next one – and file them once. Your documents are then in your accounts, ready to be booked.

NOTIFICATIONS
Payment received, invoice overdue, VAT deadline – each can be switched off per phone. The lock screen shows company, amount and invoice number, never the name of your customer.

THE FULL PANEL
Quotes and invoices with Swiss QR-bill, reminders, bank reconciliation and VAT return – everything you know from the computer is one tap away. The same figures as on the computer.

SECURE
Sign in with email, password and the code from your authenticator app. After that you stay signed in for 90 days, and your fingerprint or face unlock is all it takes to open the app. Under “Security” you see every signed-in device and sign it out with one tap.
