About this app

For residents of housing cooperatives who want to network with one another, who want to actively participate in community life and who want to do business conveniently with the office, Flink is both an electronic counter for the cooperative and a virtual meeting point for the residents. Flink comes as a mobile app and web application.

Today, thousands of residents from around 60 settlements use Flink for the quick and easy exchange of news, photos and offers as well as the management of resources.

Flink has been continuously developed since 2018 and will be supported by an interest group (IG) from 2021.

Housing cooperatives Switzerland (Regional Association Zurich) is an active member of the IG.

A multiplication effect is achieved through active sales through the interest group: All IG members benefit from the full range of functions of the application, contribute to the development of the roadmap and the strategy and contribute to the further development and operating costs.
