THE INITIAL VERIFICATION ENTERS A NEW ERA.
CheckOne digitizes the entire initial verification process according to Art. 24 OIBT, from the construction site to final validation on the web platform. One application. One method. One source of information. Fewer errors, less paperwork, more control.
THE INITIAL VERIFICATION, FINALLY STRUCTURED
From your smartphone or tablet, you can:
• Conduct visual inspections
• Perform additional checks
• Enter tests and measurements
• Record results circuit by circuit
• Add notes and photos
• Immediately identify non-conformities
• Select the measuring device used
• Sign directly from the application
• Automatically transmit data to the project manager
Each step follows the logical order of the initial verification. The installer knows what to do, the project manager knows what to check, and the company knows the status of each installation.
IDENTIFY INCONSISTENCIES BEFORE SIGNING
CheckOne helps identify incomplete or inconsistent elements before the protocol is finalized. Statuses are immediately understandable: green (compliant), orange (to be checked), red (non-compliant). Missing fields and values to be checked are highlighted during data entry—you see them while you still have the opportunity to correct them.
FROM SITE TO FINAL PROTOCOL, WITHOUT DOUBLE ENTRY
Once the verification is complete and signed, the data is transmitted to the CheckOne web platform. From the dashboard, the project manager can review the results, check for non-conformities, request corrections, validate the protocol, sign it, generate the final PDF, and archive it.
COMPLETE DEFECT TRACKING
Do you receive an inspection report with defects to correct? Import it from the web platform, list the defects, and send them to the relevant parties. Each defect is processed and documented: description, person, date, remarks, before/after photo, control measure, proof of remediation, and signature. Each defect changes from "to be corrected" to "resolved," and the number of remaining defects is always visible.
WORK EVEN WITHOUT AN INTERNET CONNECTION
In a technical room, basement, or on a poorly covered construction site, CheckOne allows you to continue data entry offline. The data is stored on the device and then automatically synchronized as soon as the network connection is restored.
MANAGE YOUR MEASURING DEVICES
Centralize your instruments: serial number, manufacturer, model, last calibration, next due date, status, and assigned users. Your team knows which instrument to use before they even begin.
FOR PROFESSIONALS WHO REFUSE TO IMPROVISE
Electrical companies, electrical installers, assembly electricians, site managers, project managers, technical managers, and administrative departments.
ACCESS THE APP
The CheckOne mobile app is for users affiliated with a company that has an active CheckOne account. Company account creation, user management, protocol validation, PDF generation, and archiving are all handled through the CheckOne web platform.
The initial verification process, as required by Art. 24 of the Swiss Federal Ordinance on Low-Voltage Electrical Installations (OIBT), is evolving. Your company is too. Switch to CheckOne.
