Absolute waste of time!!! I have 1000 points worth 2 free lounge visits, all earned at Heathrow T3. When I tried to spend them at T3 lounge, I was told they don't accept them there and I have to use them at Manchester. What on earth is the point of that? Manchester is 200 miles away and I never go there!

I have used Aspire lounge in LutonAirport every week since it's opening, after lockdown it opened at 6am which is my weekly departure time, so not usefull for me, but last week they opened at 5am, so great: coffee croissant and 20 minutes of peace and quiet. This week however, I was denied entrance without a reservation. This was never mentioned last week, or ever! At the desk I was advised to make a reservation for next week on this Aspire app , which does not work with dragon pass or priority

Rubbish. Had an Aspire a count since app launched. Now it doesn't k ow my username and won't send reset password email. Tried website and said email not registered re-Registered via website executivelounges but account still not recognised by the app. Waste of effort. Do not bother.
