bsk.swiss is the first app specifically developed for independent fire safety experts and building inspections in Switzerland. It digitizes the entire inspection process—from on-site defect recording to automatic report generation.

Upload building plans as PDFs and mark defects directly on the plan. Arrows, circles, and freehand drawings are automatically transferred to the report.

• Automatic Report Generation
The official inspection report is automatically generated as a PDF—including a defect table, photos, plan excerpts, and standard references. Ready to send even before you leave the building.

• Text Modules According to VKF/SIA Standards
Predefined text modules based on VKF and SIA standards for quick and compliant defect descriptions. Customizable for each company.

• Follow-up Inspection & Defect Rectification
Track the status of each defect. Document the rectification with photos and dates—the report updates automatically.

All functions are available even without an internet connection. Data is automatically synchronized as soon as a connection is established.
