Covering expansion chamber build, cone design and print, diffuser and baffle cone geometry, port and ignition timing, intake resonance, gear ratios, and powerband, 2TExc replaces fragmented calculators with a coherent workflow.

Key Features:
• Exhaust Calculator – Tuned length, diameters, cone angles (diffuser, reflector and header), 1- and 3-stage designs, stinger plus restrictor for the correct back pressure, controlled pressure drop, and thermodynamics. Optimize resonance tuned RPM, wave timing, torque curve, and power band.
• Cone Designer – Design and build baffle and diffusor cones, manifold, and transitions. Convert data to sheet metal and produce fully optimized exhaust components to build the final pipe. Convert data directly to printable 1:1 scale PDF patterns (DIN A2 format). Print paper templates for seamless transfer, precise sheet metal cutting, rolling, and exhaust pipe fabrication (also in CAD).
• Cone Bend Calculator – Create curved expansion chambers and pie-cut section layouts with uncompromised precision. Calculate custom bend radii and angles to force the longitudinal welding seam safely onto the short inside radius of the pipe bend for professional, high-strength welding.
• Reverse-Exhaust Verification – Analyze existing exhausts: Geometry, chamber volume, ratios, and tuned RPM. Compare, verify, and enhance performance.
• Ignition Timing + Gas Wave Calculator – Convert ignition timing BTDC from degrees to millimeter. Gas Wave: Calculate exhaust pulse velocity and pressure waves under variable temperatures with proven gas equations.
• Port Timing + Reverse Calculator– Use bore, stroke, connecting rod length, and port dimensions via e.g. port map to check the crankshaft angle for the exhaust, transfer, boost port, and intake port timings for precise RPM range tuning and power band. Reverse: Alternatively, enter the desired port timings to get the exact port dimensions in millimeters.
• Intake Resonance + Boost Bottle Optimizer – Align intake pulses with exhaust harmonics, for both reed valve and port controlled cylinders.
