About this app

Assembla brings everything related to your condominium owners' association (COA) meeting to your smartphone. You have your property documents readily available, can submit motions, grant proxies, and vote.

The app complements the Assembla software used by your property management company. Once your management company activates your account, you log in with your personal account.

What you can do with Assembla:

▪ View documents
Regulations, plans, and meeting documents such as agendas and minutes for your community – always up-to-date and in one place.

▪ Submit motions
Submit your requests for the next meeting directly in the app, including attachments. Your management company will review them and add them to the agenda.

▪ Grant proxies
If you are unable to attend the meeting, you can digitally authorize a representative in advance.

▪ Vote
Cast your vote on the agenda items – in advance in the days leading up to the meeting or live on your own device. Every vote is recorded by name.

▪ Watch meetings
View upcoming and past meetings with agenda items, minutes, and voting results.

▪ Receive notifications
Push notifications about new documents, approvals, proxies, and submissions keep you up to date.

Data protection & security:

You remain the owner of your data at all times. Assembla is provided by the Swiss company Ethyra GmbH; the data is stored on its own infrastructure in Europe and processed in accordance with the new Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nDSG). Note:

Assembla is an access point for condominium owners and requires that your property management company uses Assembla and has activated you as an owner. Registration is not possible without an invitation from your management company.
