All the app does is stay frozen instead of going into real-time. It's been over an hour and I looked back at the mobile app and it still says the same but the real time information on my company's computer it refreshes within seconds.

I don't receive any notification since a few days. I also controlled that notifications were enabled in the settings of the phone. Do you have any explanation?

Used FeedbackNow for over a year and it has been a very disappointing experience. the platform has multiple recurring issues, including incompatibility with app features but the biggest concern is the support. From customer service to account management and management-level responses, there has been little ownership, responsiveness, or urgency in resolving problems. For a company in the customer experience (CX) industry, the service provided falls well below expectations
