Intect brings moisture monitoring to the site and to wherever you are: scan the wireless sensors, place them in the material — and follow readings live from the very first minute instead of waiting for spot checks. From new builds through to long-term monitoring of existing structures.

WHO IT IS FOR
For screed and flooring contractors, site managers and general contractors who want to prove covering readiness with data, shorten drying times and avoid moisture damage. For owners and operators who need to keep an eye on the condition of existing structures.

Beyond drying new builds, Intect is suited to permanent monitoring of existing structures: bridges, car parks, tunnels, retaining walls and buildings. Detect moisture ingress early, locate leaks and document condition over years — with structure data, inspections and findings in one place.

HOW IT WORKS
The app works with the self-powered Intect wireless sensors and gateways (hardware sold separately). Scan the sensor, place it, done — readings flow into your project automatically. Reports and administration are also available in the Intect web portal.
