Loop A.I.S. – Alarm. Information. System.

When the alarm sounds, every second counts. Loop A.I.S. delivers all operationally relevant information to every firefighter's smartphone in real time – from the initial alert and incident location to the final feedback. This app keeps command and crew on the same page in an emergency and minimizes the time it takes for them to get from their pager to the scene.

REAL-TIME ALERTS

• Alerts directly from the dispatch center – no detours, instantly on your mobile phone.

• Keyword, address, location, message text, and additional information at a glance.

• Subsequent alerts are automatically added: You can see at any time which units have been dispatched – even if additional units are alerted during the operation.

• Push notification for every new alert, so you never miss a call.

INCIDENT LOCATION & DIRECTIONS

• Incident location on the map, with route and travel time from your station.

• Pager with name and phone number – can be called directly if needed.

• Objects, hazards, and special features in the immediate vicinity of the incident location.

• Incident plan, key tube, and fire alarm system information, if available.

REPORT-BACK – WHO'S COMING
• Confirm arrival with a single tap: "Yes" or "No."

• Live overview: How many are arriving, who is arriving, and which roles (e.g., breathing apparatus) are staffed.

• Command staff can immediately see the available personnel and better plan deployment.

VEHICLES & STATUS

• Set vehicle status – dispatched, on scene, ready for deployment again.

• Vehicles with their own login as GPS trackers: Live location on the map so everyone can see who is already en route.

DUTY & ON-CALL
• Your personal duty roster: Are you currently on call/on duty?

• Shows the group responsible for each alarm type and – if you're not currently on duty – when your next shift begins.

• Rotation- and week-based, exactly according to your fire department's schedule.
