About this app
With this app, business-relevant events and data can be recorded easily and securely while on the move. The app can be configured from the cloud (business solution) for very specific application purposes.

After the device has logged on to the host system, the first thing that takes place is data synchronization. Report types, customers, products and services as well as keyword lists are loaded onto the device. The menu "Settings - Data synchronization" shows when the last data synchronization took place. A data comparison can also be triggered manually.
After that, no internet connection is required for the report acquisition. Whenever the device is connected to the Internet, the recorded report data is automatically compared with the host system. The report filter can be set to any date and is also the report date for new reports.
The app assumes that events are always recorded immediately (on the current date) and warns of recordings in the past. Report positions and a customer report that are complete are secured by closing the lock symbol.
The layout of the app and the operation are simple and unspectacular and therefore particularly suitable for users with little or no smartphone experience. Any number of photos can be added to a report.
A delivery note or a cash invoice can also be printed out using a strip printer.
For service technicians, plans and technical data of the systems to be serviced can be sent along. If the geographic data of the systems are stored, the user can be guided to the system by means of a route planner.
