The app keeps crashing. When using the chat option, I can't continue using the same thread. It is super frustrating. Hate it is an understatement.

Don't understand the efficacy or reliability of this telemedicine methodology, and sometimes, I feel its waste of everyone's time. Zero impact and useless for me atleast to go with this telemedicine option while the end option they propose is to meet a specialist doctor. Sorry not for me.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry that you were dissatisfied with our service. Medgate can solve more than half of all cases by telemedicine without the need for a consultation with a local doctor. However, depending on the course of the illness and symptoms, it may also be necessary to refer you to a local doctor.

Update: after support's answer, I had to uninstall and reinstall to make it work again, it was quite fast and painless. When loading first time it asked something in German, probably a very important legally binding choice that I don't understand and no idea if I accepted or refused it so that's a star removed... Previous 1-star review: Worked for some time, but now white screen and unresponsive phone when I try to open it.
