This app used to be really good, but since the last months it went downhill. First there was a long "maintenance" period which meant you couldn't use the chat but had to call all the time. Now chat works but you need to login separately every time you open the app, biometrics login does not work on Android anymore and every time I need to decline a prompt for Google analytics getting my data. Please improve this app, it's a bad reflection on your otherwise great service!
