Ratings and reviews

If it wasn't for the cashback option, I'd use the SBB app instead. Check in ticket is completely unreliable, sometimes checks you in right away, but often throws some error, sometimes checks you in anyway without you being sure whether you actually are. Sometimes sends you a text message hours after you checked out that you are still checked in and when you go to check, you're not! Also the latest GUI redesign is just pointless and makes the app even less usable. Please improve.

Every time I click to renew my travelpass the app suddenly stops. Then I need to use the browser to renew it, so the app is useless in that sense

Used to love it but changed from 5 to 3 after last update. It went from really cool app to buggy user unfriendly mess in most important areas of the app (like checkin ticket) which forced me to start using SBB instead.
