About this app

The MY MTEL app gives you an overview of your free units, costs, itemized call records and bills, no matter where you are and you can also purchase additional packages on the go.

You can immediately see the consumption of your included allowances, the current credit or the invoice status.

The MY MTEL app functions in detail:

- Insight into the costs incurred so far in the current billing period
- Insight into the remaining free units (minutes, SMS, data volume) in the current billing period
- The last bills and individual call lists
- Pay open bills
- Top up prepaid credit online
- Activation of tariff packages
- Activation of additional packages
- And much more...

You can use the app over Wi-Fi as well as through your data plan. When using the app, there are no additional data usage costs, provided you are in the MTEL mobile network (in roaming, the prices according to the current roaming price list apply). Registration with your phone number is required to use it.
