ParkEase helps owners and managers of private parking areas deal with unauthorized parking — companies, property managers, condominium associations (PPE) and small businesses.

When a vehicle is parked without authorization on your private property, ParkEase lets you document the situation in seconds from your phone and send the driver a private compensation request — directly, with no special hardware required.

IMPORTANT — NOT A FINE
ParkEase never issues fines; only public authorities can. The notice left on the vehicle is a private-law request for compensation for the inconvenience caused to the rightful holder of the space, under Swiss law.
