Refuses to work after rooting. TWINT from other banks works just fine. Update: We have just confirmed that it is enough to install SuperSU app on stock phone to get PostFinance TWINT to display the error message. This is ridiculous.
Not only it doesn't work for rooted devices. It also saves your phone ID and bans it from future use, so if you unroot and block your device again it won't work. I'll stick to other services
Started to enjoy using Twint and now my account is blocked on my new phone after I allegedly "rooted" my phone. My phone is NOT rooted. I didn't even unlock my bootloader. It also says that I can still use my account on another phone, except that's not true either.
Another twint garbage app. Tried to register for a couple weeks always gives back a "timeout error". Whatever. Pretty sure they banned my phone and/or number. Bring back the old twint app for God's sake!
Blocked on rooted devices. Are you going to block all Linux and Windows users who remember their superuser passwords too now? Very disappointing.
Lacks a user friendly UI and crashes more than needed. Why has the finger print reader not been implemented, when the prepaid version of twint can do it? Update: Finger print reader is now implemented, but the app refuses to send and request money, claiming that some other TWINT app is installed which is not true. And even if, Why would I not be able to choose from which account I can send and request money?
General performance optimization and minor bug fixing.
Introducing Fingerprint for Android as new security measure besides TWINT PIN. Thanks to fingerprint, unlocking the PostFinance TWINT app or confirming payments is even more convenient and faster.
