It would be a great service and app if it weren't for the problems of the lock of the bikes sometimes refusing to open, which can be very frustrating at times, the battery of the e-bikes not being charged or running out in the middle of a ride, making it very difficult for you to get anywhere and the immense charges when you happen to forget to close the lock one time or it even not registering the locking correctly. Other than those issues, it would be a 5 star experience for me.

Hello Eline, thank you for your comments. We have vastly improved the lock opening process, you might check this 1-minute-video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dnyvMiSKid0 An e-bike with an empty battery is blocked and can't be opened. Well, yes, you should not forget to close the bike, they get easily stolen, check for the ok- or pause-sign.

Every other week I had to call their customer service because a bike didn't terminate the ride properly. Every other time the bikes don't open, so you can't rely on catching a train or being on time. Now they changed their subscription model from a flat-rate to 1 CHF minimum per ride for an e-bike with a subscription. If you're like me and use the e-bike to get to work and back, and maybe do some grocery shopping, that means you're now easily paying 90 CHF per month, that's about 3x what I was paying before plus an additional subscription fee. For that price I rather buy myself an e-bike that works. Canceled the subscription.

Hi Robin, Thank you for your feedback. We are working hard to improve the stability of our system, and we lately fixed a lot of issues. We're sorry that our price adjustment doesn't suit you. We launched a sector-standard pricing model. However, the new rates still offer good value for money for customers compared to other companies in the sector.

The app has severe problems with tracking the location and presence of bikes, so that many times I couldn't find any bike at a station despite the app showing otherwise, or vice-versa I couldn't unlock a bike that was not in use. The lack of a short-term reservation feature is also a bad design flaw. Several times I walked to a bike station and had to compete with other users for the last remaining bike.

Hello Alberto, if you don't find the bikes, that should be at the station, then please contact customer service, so that we can improve this station. On the other side: e-bikes with low battery/damaged bike are not available for renting and don't show in the app. We still have vandalism in Lausanne and therefore not enough bikes available.
