This app is horribly optimized. The location is always off by making it impossible to unlock the bikes. I double checked with Google Maps and it's not even close. If one is already clicking the button to unlock why is there a need to know the location so precisely? The customer service is of course a set of 10 chatbot questions with no real improvement. it's a shame that great bikes are being unused just because of this.

Went from using Publibuke multiple times everyday to not being able to unlock A SINGLE BIKE even when trying dozens the app shows the wrong number of bikes, takes forever to load, always has location problems and most importantly doesn't open bikes......

Reporting on ride duration is terrible. Finishing the ride is a gruelling experience. God forbid the bike doesn't detect that it finished the session and two days later you get charged for riding the bike for 48 hours with a 48CHF bill. Notifying the user there's an ongoing ride would go a long way. When you go and dispute the ride time, they just say it's your own problem based on terms and conditions and tell you to go away and suck it up.
