With the advancement of digitization at Swiss elementary schools, communication is also changing. New tools and forms are available for the contemporary and efficient exchange of information between teachers, learners and parents. PUPIL is a modular all-in-one software and also offers various modules in the area of ​​communication, which can be used depending on the needs of a school and complementary. In addition to the PUPIL cloud and the school website, this also includes individual class websites, the PUPIL messenger (chat solution) and a parent portal. These modules can be used independently of the device and are now combined in a mobile app.

With the app, teachers have a simple, practical tool at hand for comfortable, data-protection-compliant communication with colleagues, learners and their parents. For data / information exchange in the context of school operations, for tasks, absences or also for parent-specific information such as discussions with parents or individual topics.

Class and course groups are automatically available without entering phone numbers and information from other PUPIL modules can of course also be used within the app. This networking greatly simplifies the entire process and reduces duplication and sources of error in administration, via the classroom, and communication with learners and parents.
